  21. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS:

  23. 1. Shareware Editions of EZX products must be distributed in
  24.   their *entirety*, without any modifications or deletions.

  26. 2. EZX shareware product may NOT be distributed by any "for-profit" entity
  27.   which does not disclose the following points in their literature:

  29.      * The fee paid for the evaluation disk is a distribution fee to
  30.        cover the vendors distribution and marketing costs.  It does
  31.        not cover the cost of the program itself.
  32.  
  33.      * Additional payment to the Author is required if the program is
  34.        used beyond the evaluation period given by the Author.

  36. 3. EZX products (shareware editions) are NOT to be packaged for sale with
  37.    reference manuals, or other supporting documentation pre-printed for
  38.    the end-user.
